Black Dog Outdoors are thrilled to announce our inaugural ‘Big Day Out’, which will take place on Friday 12th April in the Peak District.
The walk is aimed at those affected by poor mental health as an introduction to hiking. The event is free to attend – you just need to get to and from the meeting place.
We’ll be guided on the day by two qualified Mountain Leaders and supported by a number of Mental Health First Aiders.
