This navigation course, delivered to the NNAS Bronze Award syllabus, is aimed at the skills developed at Bronze Award level. The Bronze National Navigation Award is a practical hands-on award. It is aimed at people with no navigation experience whether you are new to the outdoors or have been relying on others, guidebooks or easy well-defined routes.

The syllabus of the Bronze National Navigation Award teaches navigation in the countryside using paths tracks and other linear features. Basic map interpretation and compass work is also included.

We’ll be delivering this course in West Yorkshire (generally in the Huddersfield / Holmfirth area) over the weekend of 2nd and 3rd July 2022.  The course cost is £120 per person with booking via the NNAS Website.

You will have to register with NNAS to book onto the course, which will involve a further £5 admin fee to NNAS.

Please contact dan@blackdogoutdoors.co.uk if you need any support in registering for the course.
