We have teamed up with the Outdoor Partnership in Cumbria to run a number of free walking events. These events are specifically aimed at introducing residents of Copeland & Allerdale to our incredible green spaces.
For this event we will meet at the library in Whitehaven, then take the bus to St Bees and walk back along the King Charles III Coast Path back to Whitehaven. Our path will take us across stunning cliffs and beaches in the Cumbria area, including an RSPB reserve and a site of special scientific interest. Notably, this area marks the beginning of the 190-mile Coast to Coast path, leading from St Bees to Robin Hood’s Bay on the east coast, although our walk will be more manageable.
