The Ochil Hills are a 25-mile range of peaks stretching from the Firth of Tay to Stirling. Many of these steeply-sided, round-topped hills reach over 2,000ft and provide beautiful views across central Scotland, including the Trossachs to the West. The sharp Southern edge of the Ochils (dropping down into the village of Tillicoultry) was carved by a Faultline, and features a series of dramatic short glens which makes for interesting exploration.
